Mahrez to .......................?

Would the club not have to accept a bid and give mahrez authorisation to talk to other clubs? Seems very premature on his part to leave the Algeria camp if we haven't even accepted a bid. Or maybe the club are bull shitting and have agreed to sell him

That's his agent basically telling him to be on standby whilst he contacts every team in the top 6 from every European league.

He is absolutely desperate for his commission.

oh dear... This looks like the end for Mahrez at LCFC...

We've said this like 50 times today. I'd rather wait and see now lol

Who gives a fvck about his dream move?

Then why are you commenting?

You seem pretty concerned for someone who said in another thread that he doesn't have time for players like him or Drinkwater.

I honestly don't think I can remember a player so desperate to get out of a football club. I get that he wants to move on to bigger and better things but if it wasn't for us he wouldn't even have this opportunity. The way he is carrying on is quite frankly leaving a sour taste in the mouth. Imagine the resentment towards us if he has to stay?

Plenty of 'reports' we have accepted 45m rom Chelsea.

I guess it depends whether our price was 50m in € or £

tbh, on the last day, we should be adding a premium- Chelsea can afford it ffs.

If the owners are prepared to sanction a deadline day move then it's £50m or sod off

He must understand we can't accept any offer just because a club he wants to join makes a rubbish bid...

It's a good laugh that's why.

I'd love him to be stranded at the airport and no one goes in for him. Would laugh my arse off. Even more so as the Algerians would be crying over it.

Seriously though, they may be bellends, but they're still worth some money and we need to make sure that we don't let them go until we're in the best position to make the most of the money we do get.

I don't care who he goes to and I don't care about his career, but I do care where it leaves us as a club. Are we prepared for Mahrez and Drinkwater leaving? I'd suggest not, and I blame the club for that.

This is like purgatory hell

stuck in what seems an eternal loop checking foxestalk to see if RM and DD have moved on, only to find page after page of speculation and evidence to rule said speculation out

argggghhhhhhhh

You mean you honestly can't remember reading about a player so desperate. Everything on here just might be made up bollox.

Imagine both Drinkwater and Mahrez playing against us next Saturday..

This place would be in bits..

I'd be surprised that Drinky would be fit. And secondly I think others would be played ahead of Mahrez. He'd be on the bench most likely if this goes ahead.

I don't think he's desperate. I think he's taking poor advice from an agent that is absolutely desperate to make a huge commission before the rules about agents and payments inevitably change - Its probably his only chance to get rich so he's absolutely going all out to get Mahrez a move.

If Mahrez was as desperate as he seems he'd not be playing ala Coutinho/Sigurdsson etc.

Maybe they feel they are prepared, it's hard to think there not.

Them 2 leaving will hardly be a bolt from the blue.

maybe the club with gray and Ibora are adequate replacements.

Arsenal do not rate Mahrez- bid £92m for Lemar!

To be fair would you replace Sanchez with Mahrez?

Like I said - That'll be his agent advising him. Probably told him 'I've spoke to Barca they may be interested so hang around'. Whilst in reality said agent is absolutely whoring Mahrez out to everyone and anyone chasing that commission.
