I'm getting sick and tired of reading news that other so called big premiership clubs want to buy our players. Now Everton want Jamie Vardy, seems like Steve Walsh scouting method isn't genius after all. Southampton were interested in Theo Wilcott first and Walsh moved for him after, Newcastle were interested in Cenk Tosun and he then ends up at Everton.  

Man City prepared to pay £60 million for Harry Maguire , why didn't Pep buy him when he was at Hull, seems he's only interested in him when he's becoming a great player with us and in the England squad.

Everton aren't linked with Vardy. Some bets have altered his odds for Everton. That's it.

 

People need to read articles rather than just the headlines.

Everyday in the sports media and in gossip columns in newspapers you are forced to hear that this team wants this player and that team wants that player from your club and it is really annoying and has been happening now since our title win. most of the stuff you hear and read is complete rubbish. until a player leaves i won't listen to or believe a single story about them.

Take it as a compliment, the time to worry is when teams don't want your players.

It's all rumour and most of them are made up. Everton won't be after Vardy, the media just piece two together because Walsh (and Shakespeare) are there. Manchester City won't bid for Maguire.

 I have this horrible feeling that this is the best that it's gonna get.  We will look back and say remember when we had Maguire, Mahrez, Vardy and N'Didi all in the same team?

 

I hope I'm wrong and we can build on what we've got but I think it is inevitable that our best players will get snaffled.

Then stop reading it, it is all speculation and bollocks, the BBC gossip column is hilarious for how little actually come off and it is the most read footballing page on the internet. So much so that other sources push their rumours to be put in the BBC column because it drives traffic to their site. Really to keep sane in the transfer window,  just ignore the transfer sub forum and Sky Sports News and basically any form of gossip column or rumours it is 90% bollocks. I'll be fussed about Everton should they sign any of our players. Until then I'm staying in my bunker. Ignorance is bliss.

Absolutely no chance he goes there. Joke of a club at the moment. Think there’s probably only 3 clubs in the league he’d contemplate going to, Man City, United and Chelsea
