Kasper 5 - Didn't have much to do apart from take command of his area.

Simpson - 6 - Looked steady and was decent in posession.

Dragovic - 7 - Really commaning, made some good tackles.

Maguire 7 - Similar to Dragovic.

Fuchs - 6 - Would have been a 7 but I'm told it was his man that scored.

Diabate - 7 - Lively but made some erratic choices. There's a hell of a player in there somewhere.

Silva - 7 - Kept the bal moving and made sure we got the ball back. Well ran lad.

Ndidi - 7 - Passing the second half was poor but that was a mastershow in how to tackle.

Albrighton - 7 - Far betetr than he was on Wednesday. Worked his arse off.

Iheanacho - 7 - Looks a different player. Hold up play was tidy and super skill for the goal.

Vardy - 7 - If he's not the most clinical finisher in the league i'd love to know who is.

Gray - 5 - Didn't do much.

James - 6 - Thought he quickened the tempo when he came on.

Okazaki - 5 - Did he really touch the ball much?

Puel - 5 - Great start but fell away with poor subs.

Swansea - 3 - How we didn't win I have no idea.

Referee - 2 - Shocking display

Amartey was very anonymous. I can't recall him even getting a kick...

More seriously:

Drago and Maguire 8, evolving into a great partnership.

Pretty much everyone 8 for first half, 5-6 for second. Swansea 3 first half, 5 Second half. Puel's subs a bit odd. What happened at halftime? We were rampant, then through it away.

Kasper 6 - Not lot to do,  missed their equaliser so I was not sure whether if there is anything Kasper could have done.

Simpson - 7 - Should change his name to Eddie considering how steady he often is.  Good to have him back (No disrespect to Amatery though)

Dragovic - 7 - Really hope we make his loan permanent in the summer,  he should not cost too much either.

Maguire 7.5-  Beast-  Loving his all action display

Fuchs - 7-  Solid but Iike I mentioned earlier,  I missed their goal so I do not know whether if it is his fault

Diabate - 6-  Terrible for first 15 minutes but really grew into the game after that with brilliant flicks and interplays.  Very quiet in second half.  However I thought he was too inconsistent compared to other midfielders so I gave him a 6.

Silva - 7 - Nice engine- keep things moving with some intelligent passes when I thought he was in trouble.  I reckon he is still feeling his way into the team so he will be more influential attacking wise in the future.

Ndidi - 7.5  MOTM for me-  superb all around display in the first half.

Albrighton - 7 - Worked hard,  shame that none of his crosses paid off,  I thought he did not get enough opportunities to ping off crosses or balls further up the pitch.

Iheanacho - 7 - Played his part into our lovely attacking display in the first half.  Unlucky not to score and also unlucky to be taken off (I thought Diabate should have been taken off)

Vardy - 7 - Worked his socks off and made some good runs including one for his goal.

Gray - 6  Added some momentum for last ten minutes.  I thought he got some unfair stick off some fans as well.

James - 7  I was not pleased when he replaced Silva but I thought he was the most efficient of three subs-  good positioning and passing.

Okazaki - N/A  Unfair to rate him

Puel - 5 Thought his choice of players to take off was bit poor

Swansea - 5  Terrible in first half but matched us punch for punch in the second half

Referee - 3  Poor decisions

A shout out to three inconsiderate selfish teenagers on row GG in block J3 who refused to sit down which ruined lot of fans including yours truly's view. Yet one of them ****ed off and did not came back for the second half while the other two spent lot of time on their phone for the second half and buggered off before the final whistle.  Twats.

come the next window if we dont sign a right and left fullback the club is in really trouble, both simpson and fuchs are well passed it. and will say this again GRAY offers NOTHING. nididi work in breaking up attacks is great but his passing is well below power, loves to go backwards more than going forwards. the boss needs to find a way to have 3 in midfield so we have more punch going forward.

I do think Simpson is probably nearing the end given the way we're changing our playing style - a more dynamic right back would give us something a little extra. Chilwell is an excellent prospect - but you can't knock Fuchs for the attacking threat he offers; he whipped in several excellent crosses, can take corners well and can even throw, so I don't really know what you expect. Gray is an excellent player in the making, and really, if he had as much game time as some of the other players his age then we would see far more of an end product. He's pacy, direct and has an excellent right foot, so in terms of offering things to the team, I don't know what more you'd want in a winger. As for your criticism of Ndidi, we have a player who I genuinely think will be subject to massive interest from very big clubs, who's playing out of his socks - he was immense yesterday and one of the best young midfielders we've ever had. Get a grip.

Ndidi is amazing at times and is improving.  We will be having big offers for him in one or both of the next two transfer windows.  Hopefully, we will keep him.

Gray is frustrating.  He has loads of ability but currently seems to lack football brain.  Perhaps experience will change this but I fear not.

Simpson  and Fuchs both passed the ball but are not past it.  Ageing certainly.  Both are still capable.  Fuchs will give way to Chilwell.  An upgrade on Simpson is possible but he does a good job.

Our squad is strong.  If we keep our players and add further quality, we will worry the teams currently above us.  So e of the football we played in the first 40 yesterday was excellent.

Fuchs & Simpson are squad players .The Youth movement needs to be given an opportunity to show us what they have.Gray needs time in the starting lineup to get a feel for the pace of the game.Puel holds the key to all these issues and in time l feel he will find the answers!

Was twa#tting them not an option?

Schmeichel - 7 (Looked more assured than he did on Wednesday)

Simpson - 7 (A much better bet than Amartey)

Dragovic - 7 (Capable and surefooted, without being dominant)

Maguire - 8 (MotM - The best player on the pitch)

Fuchs - 6 (Left back is becoming a bit of a problem position - Fuchs is better than Chilwell, but not by much)

Albrighton - 7 (As hard working as ever)

Ndidi - 7 (If only he could deliver a better pass)

Silva - 7 (He can deliver a better pass, but doesn't have Ndidi's energy)

Diabete - 7 (8 for the first half and for 15 minutes in the second; 5 for the rest)

Iheanacho - 7 (What a difference from the pre-Christmas Nacho)

Vardy - 7 (The main man when it comes to impact, again)

Gray - 5 (He just isn't at the same ball game as everyone else)

James - 7 (A difficult choice between him and Silva for that second central midfielder - I would like them both to start against Man City, at Diabate's expense)

Okazaki - 6

Puel - 8 (He went for exactly the same starting XI I would have gone for, after Everton, but didn't make the right subs at the right time)

Silva for James is a no brainer. The only Thing  Silva's lacking is Stamina and if he had to be subbed then Iborra on.

You'd let Diabs out? Our only creative player if the depressed doesn't play? No way.

Kasper 6 - stable, but mayve couldve done better for the goal.

Simpson - 6

Dragovic - 7 - a breath of fresh air and ought to sign him permanently.

Maguire 7

Fuchs - 6

Diabate - 7 - he's starting to adapt. With certain improvements, he could well be a force to be reckoned with.

Silva - 6

Ndidi - 7

Albrighton - 6

Iheanacho - 7 - has improve quite a bit recently.

Vardy - 7

Gray - 6 - either he's playing very average at the moment, or he's not 100% committed, who knows..

James - 6

Okazaki - 6

Puel - 6 - Perhaps should've put on Okazaki and Gray earlier.

Swansea - 5, although they appeared easy to beat on paper, thought they were organised (especially defensively),

Nacho has not improved, he’s just now getting a half a chance to play. You haven’t seen him at half his capability yet. Nacho is a top notch footballer.

Thats what Liverpool and Arsenal thought after our terrible display at Everton they should have been favourites
