I've said this before, and I'm sure plenty of others have too. He's a bit of a cvnt, but he's our cvnt. If he played for anyone else I'd probably hate him too, just as I would hate anyone goading us the way he does with opposition fans. But I absolutely adore him just the way he is while he's our player.

Little bit like Robbie savage in that way

The liverpool goal was better. It's not just about the technique but about the timing and consequences of said goal.

Nope, it wasn't my friend. Did you ever try to hit first time (with your weak foot) a soaking wet ball coming out from 50 yards without control whilst being about 20 yards away from goal with a defender breathing hard on your neck?

It reminds me of another goal. Zidane's volley following a beautiful cross from Beckham (Real Madrid times). Like Beckham said "it was pretty good pass" (40 yards pin-point cross mind you), but what happened after that was pure pr0n. Volleyed in first intent in the opposite right corner.

Their assessment of Vardy is hilarious

It’s sounds stupid but I thought a lot of WBA fans would see the funny side, he’s just a loveable scamp but obviously if you’re certs for the drop then you hate everything about football at the moment.

To be fair on the replay they just showed of Vardy's celebration I spotted a couple of west brom fans pissing themselves with laughter at it lol

Great result and hopefully we have turned the corner after some poor results. Iborra has to start and I've said this for weeks. He is, alongside Ndidi, our best midfielder and I find it hard to understand why he's not been playing. Good to have Shinji back and Iheancho looked good from the highlights I've seen. Vardys finish was just ridiculous.

Vardy's goal was Lampard's goal of the season... Always liked you Frank

To be fair I could listen to him all day over some pundits. Always great on Sky and MOTD. Hoping BBC have got him lined up for World Cup coverage

The criticism arose from his public expression of dissatisfaction about not being played. We, in general, weren't impatient - he was. He's not yet a team player - still going for the glory stuff - trying to go through three opposition defenders with the intention of scoring himself but producing no end result. Diabate is just the opposite - he's thinking how he can create chances for others. He has five times the footballing brain of Gray. It's no myth - every time he comes on it's apparent that he's special.

Nice of you to wish your own team an adverse result because of some criticism on here for your favourite. As to never being a footballer - sure he's a footballer - problem is he's letting his legs do the thinking and not his brain. Not "everyone on here" has outright condemned him - mostly we want City players to succeed - we're frustrated more than anything else. I wish you well with your impending feelings of satisfaction - of course we'll all be lining up to apologise to you.

Pompous

By putting both defensive minded, energetic player in ndidi and james, 3 attacking midfield were got freedom to create

I hope puel seen enough for those few match, neither gray nor albrighton is creative enough. We need no. 6.which creative and today show the importance of deep lying playmaker

I think Gray has played well the last couple of games. His biggest problem is that supporters have been ridiculously spoilt over the last 3/4 years with Mahrez and are holding the 21 year old to an impossible standard.

Let's not forget when Mahrez was his age he was on trial at at St Mirren and couldn't take a throw in.

His biggest problem is we’ve been spoilt?

What about out him being selfish, sulky and not providing any assists? Despite Puel putting faith in him.

I disagree, Gerbolds posts are always penned eloquently, considered and thought provoking!

Yes - I agree with that, and his posts mostly, but they are still pompous.

PS we are going to to Europe next season.

Maybe this is grays 'transition' period he would have gotten out of his system had ranieri played him regularly....
