Apparently Maddison had offers from Spurs and City, however ours was the most meaningful, and his stipulation is to play football regularly which he feels he will at us. If this is the case and what he is tellling me is true, sounds like a well grounded individual. Would feel much more happy with this kind of signing than another 29/30yrs old foreign player that has no experience in the premiership. The criticism is absolutely warranted with this pair.
