With Harry you’d then have a top 6/top 8 back three if you wanted to play that way, or two top CBs in a four with another on the bench. Wes, sadly is just past his ‘best before’ date but could serve another season playing occasionally as fourth choice. The talk in Leverkusen is, that he may be taken back into the fold i.e. any attempt by us to take their trousers down will be resisted, PLUS as many have pointed out, he may well turn us down due to the unfair way he has been treated.
