Yeah me.

Until at least January.

Man City don't want Mahrez to be their record signing and Leicester are still playing hardball so I'm told. This is why they've come back with all these add ons.

Transfer window closes early this year, he probably will go but if he doesn't... I wouldn't be surprised.

Problem mahrez’ people have is that Chelsea have no manager and arsenal can’t afford him whilst spurs would never pay that size fee. Yanited and Liverpool haven’t ever been seriously linked with him. So there isn’t really a market for him at our valuation. either Man City pay up or the player is stuck here. We can assume that Man City are sitting there thinking we will cave in as time goes by because there is no alternative to their bid and we won’t keep the player for another window,

if chlesea sort out their new fella then we could see leaks regarding thier  supposed ‘interest’ to try and hurry Man City up.

This could drag on a bit unless guardiola forces the issue with his hierarchy and tells them to just get it done.

Thanx, Gerard. I always liked you as a poster because we see eye to eye in so many things. Like I said before, I will still be here! This forum became like a community to me and it's not just about football anymore. Let us hope that the Mahrez money is invested properly so we can achieve something next year.

Don't let the know nothing haters chase you off.

Most of us would rather you post than them. Mahrez leaving will be the acid test but I've no doubt you'll continue to contribute and be part of the furniture.

Me: "water is wet"

Others: "LOL, shutup, MahrezFanboy."

How dare you form an opinion different to someone else!

Don't think I've agreed with everything you post but atleast you're willing to debate your point! Anyone that shouts you down for being a fanboy only does so because your point is valid.

"You are strange!". Then it's followed by a poster who says "I know, right? I had him on my ignore list for X time and it's the best thing I've ever done".

I said it before, If a poster doesn't like my opinion he can go ahead and ignore me but he just needs to make sure that he keeps my name out of your mouth.

Honestly, I don't feel like that at all. In the 2016/2017 season when the team was playing like absolute shite, I didn't give up and kept watching and supporting the team. The real bandwagoners left when the team started playing bad. I owe my watching Leicester and becoming a fan to Riyad, but I'm the one who has the last say on staying as a supporter of the team.

Very good fee for a good player. Not a world class player, a nice one who'll be remembered for sure, but when i read here that he's one of the best ever and that we will find it difficult to replace him...

I thing that you guys must begin to relativize his performances of the title-winning season. Even this year he was crap most of the time. His stats doesn't really show the impact he has on the team.

He's more harmful for the team than anything else, focusing on his stats more than the club. How many times he scored when the pass was obviously the best option ? (Arsenal this season, his goal against Chelsea/Manchester City during the title season)

I'm 100% sure that a "Albrighton-like" in the right side would be incredible and more beneficial for the team. Riyad will be forgotten very quickly.

With both Bale and Ronaldo looking to be wanting away, wonder if Man Coty will hold off until that business gets sorted. Doesn’t make sense pulling the trigger too fast here

If not trolling, his/her whole post is a gem. I've read some nonsense, even write some from time to time but this one is a serious contender for the daftest post of the year.

Ronaldo has got a £1 billion buy out clause and Bale is reported to be on £600k a week.

Both great players but they aint going to come cheap.

Hope either we get the same-quality replacement on standby to sign at the same or at a cheaper deal, or the club buys a few decent players in different positions at very value-for-money rates.

we won't be getting any same quality replacement for Mahrez, it'll be someone we can hope can develop somewhat close to his level
