Man Utd & Liverpool away. We'll be contractually obliged to wear it. Surely it's a third kit though. Surely.

It'll be the away kit. Often they pick the kit that will be used less as the away kit to increase it's importance, in a bid to boost sales. How often is our third kit more popular than our away kit? They know what they are doing.

It look's alright, but I remember the Man utd kit of the 90's, that was grey and the players couldn't see each other thus losing every game they played wearing it. Thus they ditched it!

Just looks like an awful Man United kit, and NEVER CHANGE THE COLOUR OF THE BADGE ffs

worked very well with the black kit and the gold monochrome badge. that was nice.

9 times out of 10 having the badge colour coordinate with the rest of the shirt, is aesthetically much better looking. Just a weird football traditionalist thing to complain about

Baffles me that every time there is a grey kit people have to mention the United game like it's some sort of law. There has been plenty of grey kits since and United literally had one last season.

Has anybody mentioned it looks like Manchester United's grey shirt from the 1990s? Not seen anybody post that yet

Nahh I think this is comparable to the Black & White third kit from the 15/16 season with diamond pattern, that badge wasn't altered at all and the kit looked fine. The badge on this new one looks completely washed out in this terrible shade of orange. Maybe the pattern will look better in the flesh but going off of these pics its an abomination - by all means go out and buy it, support the club and stuff but I'd be keeping that thing in the back of the draw, thanks

I remember saying some time ago that orange/ gold were considered good luck colours in Thailand / Buddhism.

there is a gold coloured line that the owners inserted across the exit to the dressing room that the players have to cross to get into the pitch- with the same idea - to bring the players luck..

Fair point. It just reminds me of an away top that Man Utd had. Was hoping for a white away kit.

Yep and it looks pretty much exactly like that but with our badge and sponsor.

It amazes me how little this bothers some people. The badge is one of the most important parts of a club's identity. Don't give two ****s about how 'aesthetically better looking' a blended badge is, its blue and should stay blue. We don't change sponsors logo colours so why should the actual club badge be given this treatment?
