Mark_w Posted 22 June 2018 Share Posted 22 June 2018 (edited) I think today proves he clearly isn't He's not rubbish if we're comparing him to everybody on the planet. But he is basically our worst player and regularly performs atrociously. Edited 22 June 2018 by Mark_w
UPinCarolina Posted 22 June 2018 Share Posted 22 June 2018 He’s been rubbish for us, but he’s never been rubbish. Just massively frustrating as a player. If I’m Puel, I’m trying to sell - and if I can’t sell, I want to see him in some pre-season matches. Then we can figure out a loan, or even if he stays. Mr Mister Posted 22 June 2018 Share Posted 22 June 2018 The reason he has not done well for us is that we didn't use him properly.

Popular Post The whole world smiles Posted 22 June 2018 Popular Post Share Posted 22 June 2018 Whilst I will admit Musa's contribution in a Leicester shirt in his handful of appearances in his 1 season here was dissapointing. I do think some of the fierce criticism/consistent mocking of him was very, very harsh particularly the 'Ahmed Musa is a competition winner' posts. Clearly a player with that many appearances and goals for a country like Nigeria is not completely useless and will probably benefit more from actual support from his own fans not constant mocking and diresion.
Popular Post Gerard Posted 22 June 2018 Popular Post Share Posted 22 June 2018 I've just hear the commentators say "Magic Musa" and what touch and technique he has. Have I stepped through a porthole into an alternate universe? 1

He absolutely has been rubbish and not just frustrating. I mean genuinely shit. Genuinely looking like he's playing 3 leagues above his level. One of the worst players I've ever seen wear the Leicester shirt. I hope this kick starts his career here and he turns great but let's not revise history and pretend he hasn't been awful for us and say he's just been frustrating and/or not had his chance. Nah, he's just been properly bad and looked miles out his depth for us. Edited 22 June 2018 by Sampson

But imagine the strike force for us if both Musa and Nacho are having a great game for us while playing together.
