UPinCarolina Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 With Musa sold you have to think another signing is imminent.

Musa being sold is simply us getting rid of one of the many excess squad players who were never going to make the final Premier League squad. 1

All indications are that the current wages being paid out were an impediment to new signings. Musa leaving frees up wages enough to make a marquee signing more realistic, and we don’t seem to be done with the market. 1
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 Good luck to him. Can't believe we've managed to get a good return on him considering the last 2 years. The world cup came along at the right time!

Babylon Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 Rudkin is so shit, why is he not selling our crap players, the man needs sacki..... what... we've just turned a profit on Musa and bid on Hazzard? 1 1
NewquayFox Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 What is the actual fee we received for Musa, can’t see it on here....

ronnup Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 If we got 17 mill for Musa that’s great business. Surely now we can sign a winger.

Jacafox Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 According to the Leicester Mercury Puel has stated he is happy with current squad and will only replace a valuable player should we lose one

MC Prussian Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 Before the thread is locked - I just want to say that at some stage in the near future, we ought to start another thread named "Things Musa used to do" in order to keep remembering the footballing great that was Ahmed Musa. Give it a thought. 1

All of a sudden linked to four wingers this week probably as soon as we knew Musa money was coming in. I think its inevitable we sign at least one more player now.

I know Mahrez threw his fair share of tantrums and had the occasional off day but I actually thought he was okay, maybe even valuable. We should think about a replacement. 1
