themightyfin Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 I must say I was guilty of writing him off never to be seen again but great performance today against Everton. I say keep him he still has a part to play. Well done Danny boy.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 As I said in the match thread, whenever called on, the majority of time he has a good game. Definitely has a part to play past this season.
Jacafox Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Solid as always is Danny, reads the game so well, that tackle on Richarlison was perfect
matthewgor Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Very solid performance AGAIN. Sign him up for at least 1 year please.
Izzy Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 I still love him. One of the very best at what he does.
Tuna Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Mr reliable, Mr consistency felt sorry for him being frozen out this season but he's done very well in his little cameos.
copunk Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 So under rated its criminal, should go down as one of our greats really
Cincinnati Fox Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Just now, Ashley said: Richarlison can come out his pocket now. No, he is still sulking, faking injury and general being a ****
Mike Oxlong Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 I’d ban Vardy from the gymnastic goal celebrations in case he breaks his ankle and we are left with Nacho and Shinji
NewquayFox Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Excellent game today, difficult to drop him now....
RODNEY FERNIO Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 As I've said before … Simmo is our best defender.
UniFox21 Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Puel learnt about Richarlison last time, stuck Simmo on him today and didn't get a sniff all day.
Royston. Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Very assuring seeing Simpson in the first eleven. Ricardo looking so good further up the pitch Danny might become a regular again.

Blue ROI Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Past his prime and he's never been great going forward but he's always been superb defending. Been a great player for us the last 5 years.
Vacamion Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Not so long ago Simpson was playing in the U23s and had a number of players above him in the pecking order. Brilliant fightback to star for our first team again recently.
LCFC FOX Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 He’s great at defending. Just shite going forward again. Every time he receives it he turns and passes it backwards.
Jaspa Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Applied himself, proven his worth to a manager who had seemingly given up on him & replaced him. Good lad, proper defender; played Simmo
Ric Flair Posted 1 January 2019 Posted 1 January 2019 Him and Morgan are still performing at a high level and one of the main reasons for that is how much they love it here. I honestly think elsewhere they'd decline, it's great to see.

To be left out for so long and to show the appertite, passion and high levels of performance that he has done since his return to the team speaks volumes about the bloke. What a player he has been (and continues to be) for us.
