EastAnglianFox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Cant just be me that feels a bit for Claude?
LestaAl Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Rodgers out... oops sorry ...force of habit with the Manager.
oxtonfox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 If they score the next goal I think they'll be the more likely to get a winner. We desperately need to get the next goal as I don't fancy our defence to keep them out. If we can get the second goal then take off Maddison and bring on Mendy.
Vacamion Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 It felt inevitable that we would concede just before HT, so well done. Kasper's save and Tieleman's pass making the difference.
Bozman Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Get Madison off and chouds on , needs some bite in midfield we only need 1 ball player ...

We got the first goal, but Brighton should probably be level. Misplaced passes? Vardy isloated? Possesion but few goal scoring efforts? It's the story of the last 12 months. Barnes and Tielemans very good though.

Spells of good possession and pressure but also many inexplicable mistakes and defensive frailties. Plenty to work with for our new manager, but also plenty to fix. The pieces are starting to fall in place though even if it will still take time. Don't also forget that we got Tielemans and Barnes only very recently and we play with only one DM for two games.

fazzyfox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 We had a few games where, quote "the result seemed unfair", about time the balance was redressed a little. Not great for gaining momentum in performance but if the history books say 1-0 win lets take the points and move on to better things.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Great first fifteen but then to me it just seems that every player more often than not just holds on to the ball for a split second too long. But yeah, absolute gash from 15 minutes onwards. They seem to all just switch off for large chunks of games. Luckily though so far we haven't been punished by it.
mazarron fox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Ndidi very good half don’t know what some of you are watching, gray and Barnes good Vardy total passenger

Don't get me wrong there is plenty good about our team, like there was under the last manager. Hopefully the new one can sort it. If he improves Barnes, he will become a monster.

New manager bounce that lasted fifteen minutes? That's got to be a record.

Rodgers is known to improve players especially the young ones, so I guess the best is yet to come. I'm very fond of Barnes.

Chester Dontlie Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 For anyone who isn't watching, this is what Barnes is doing only on the pitch

I was thinking exactly this, so thanks for saving me the trouble of posting it.
smr Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Great start, looked like a transformed team, but then slowly started turning back into our usual look. It is frustrating with how isolated Vardy still is, but not expecting much change it's only been one game.
