He must be surprised at the quality of the team here if you look at the recent evidence. There is every chance after tonight that we're going to have an all English Champions League and Europa Cup Final. Not only that the of the two clubs that didn't make it one is the likely title winners who were knocked out by an English club and the other is arguably the biggest club in the world who were knocked out by Barcelona. His fellow Belgium team mate, Vincent Kompany has said "we're a top six side". If Tielemans joins us he has seen our quality against Arsenal and Man City and must think we can compete with a brilliant new manager and such a young side. He's been given a role he enjoys here and is a key member of this team playing alongside players of his own age. Wouldn’t say it’s definitely in the bag but I do agree with you. Imo we are the major front runners here despite the interest of the other top clubs. Youri seems to have such a sensible head on his shoulder with a good team around him. They’ve gone to Monaco & seen how it planned out. They’ll know aswell as we know, that we are a perfect stepping stone to him making a life changing move to one of Europe’s elite. The moves of Kante & Mahrez will demonstrate this. Ricardo had offers elsewhere last year, so have a number of players we've signed since.
