I reffed my lads U11's team today and some of the gobby little shits were giving me grief. I hate reffing, it's horrible. I know PL officials get loads of stick and often rightly so, but you couldn't pay me enough to do that job. 2
MC Prussian Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Fantastic result. Everything's so tight in the middle of the table this season, love it.

The footballing authorities should be dishing out fines. I thought that kind of thing was outlawed. I'd expect both sides to get warnings or fines for it Only the captain should be getting told stuff or go to the ref.

Yes, I thought the laws had been updated to reflect this, but the laws are only as valuable as their enforcement I guess

Its one of those rules that is only enforced for the first 3 weeks of the season and then is forgotten

Nalis Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Too much to ask for Norwich, Burnley and Newcastle away wins at Man U, Chelsea and Wolves respectively?
MC Prussian Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 (edited) Newcastle with two more injured players today. Deary me, their sports science team has really messed up. Edited 11 January 2020 by MC Prussian

Yeah the odd injury is fair enough but 6 players injured early over two games means something is fundamentally wrong there which needs to be fixed.
Nalis Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Anyone else watching SSN? Lescott has the charisma of a rock.
