Fox92 Posted 22 May 2019 Posted 22 May 2019 Get in! Scunthorpe is a great away day, probably do that one as well. We haven't played them for a while.

Gotta admit I got that excited I missed the Tuesday bit at first but even then, last time we played them there it was about 2011. I'm pleased we've got Scunthorpe and Rotherham, both away, and hopefully more to come but I hope they're priced well.

Seams to be £10 adults, £5 for 65+/Under 21 & Under 18s at £2. Not sure if that will be the same for away fans.

Should be £10 max for friendlies imo.
StanSP Posted 22 May 2019 Posted 22 May 2019 If they fancy any trips in the southern region of the UK, that'd be great Should play Luton, Northampton or MK Dons...

Dan Posted 23 May 2019 Posted 23 May 2019 FFS. Went to Cambridge last year for a neutral game to tick it off. Typical. Good one for a lot of our fans though I'd imagine loads haven't been there. We've not played them in years.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 23 May 2019 Posted 23 May 2019 Liking these fixtures so far. Looks like we've learnt our lessons from when we jetted about all over the place in the International Champions Cup. One decent team at home towards the end of July and that'll be decent.

Agreed fully. Ideal pre-season in my eyes is a load of local-ish aways to lower league sides, a foreign away like Lille last year and a testing home game to round it off, again like we had against Valencia last year.

TJB-fox Posted 23 May 2019 Posted 23 May 2019 Be nice to have a couple of south west friendlies. Can’t remember the last time we had one down here. Think it was Cheltenham but was played behind closed doors

PhillippaT Posted 24 May 2019 Posted 24 May 2019 So I guess it's just (hopefully 2 - home and away) games against foreign teams we're waiting for, now, then?
dyanmark Posted 25 May 2019 Posted 25 May 2019 Should be a boost to the economy in Scunny and Rotherham .They need a bit of help at the moment.
Foxes1 Posted 25 May 2019 Posted 25 May 2019 According to Hednesford Town's website we are due to play them on 19th July at 7.30 pm, this will most likely be a team of Development / Academy players.
