Fox92 Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 Not for me. I liked him when he was first on the scene at Burnley, and then Southampton, but we were in a different position then.

SouthStandUpperTier Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 If our fans are nonplussed about signing a 27-year old Andros Townsend they aren't going to be enthused about a 30-years old next month Jay Rodriguez.
lcfc sheff Posted 4 June 2019 Author Posted 4 June 2019 We only have Vardy, Iheanacho and Slimani now as our strikers
rachhere Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 West Brom are going to be in a right mess aren’t they.
egg_fried_rice Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 Decent player, would be good cover for Vardy especially at 5m and seems like a much better option and character than Slimani or Nacho. It's a yes from me.

GingerrrFox Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 Anyone who wouldn’t take a 22 goal striker from the Championship for £5 million needs their head checking tbh. He’s not gonna be first choice but I tell you now I’d be more confident of Rodriguez burying a chance coming off the bench than Ihenacho or Okazaki.
urban.spaceman Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 Hadn’t realised he’d done so well in the Championship to be honest. 22 in 47 is pretty good, as is £5m for a back up striker. Just who the actual **** did these contracts at West Brom?!
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 Not a fan of his, but for chicken feed, he would be good cover.
FerrisBueller Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 Each new link is slightly more depressing than the last. I hope we are nowhere near this.
Ric Flair Posted 4 June 2019 Posted 4 June 2019 He's one of them that at the price is rude not to. Only reason not to is if we have Vardy's long term replacement primed and ready to sign.
