Bayfox Posted 7 October 2019 Posted 7 October 2019 Currently stand at 70 of the current 91. It would be 71 of 92 if Bury hadn't been scrubbed. But have seen us play at 101 (5 in the CL) grounds in total. That shows how many clubs have built new stadiums in the last 30 years. Theres a few now non league clubs on my list as well. Again shows how much the pyramid changes as well. I've not made any concerted effort to try doing the 92 and as others have pointed out it actually very difficult if we don't play teams and it changes on a regular basis. Random ones I've some how missed include Elland Rd, The Riverside, Vale Park and I missed both our trips to Huish Park as well. So my total could be higher as well. For those that want to check there own, there's a website called football ground map that you can sign up to and plot every ground by current division. I've visited 107 grounds in total for games. But the other 6 are all in Holland.

Seen us play Rotherham, Bristol Rvrs & Brighton at 3 different grounds Done 3 myself with rotherham. Missed 1 of Brighton's 3. But got told they are 1 team you could have seen play at 4 as they played at gillingham once as well. Which I never realised. Not sure if that's unique as i cant thinking too many that have used 4 grounds.

You'd have to include friendlies, as competitively we might play a team from League One or League Two in cup completions a couple of times a season, possibly three and almost never four, with some seasons never playing a team from the lower leagues.

SamL Posted 7 October 2019 Posted 7 October 2019 A struggle to do the 92 with 1 team. Im missing Spurs (new), Brentford, Accrington, Wimbledon, Gillingham, Lincoln, Oxford, Rochdale, Colchester (new), Crawley, Exeter, Forest Green, Morcombe, Salford and Stevenage. 76/91 for me with Leicester. We’ve done well over the last few years - they weren’t the best results but Fleetwood and Newport were both new for me.

Ashley Posted 7 October 2019 Posted 7 October 2019 I've got around 17 to do. Is it 91 now Bury have dropped out or we still classing them too? By the end of this Season I will have seen two teams play at three different grounds. Tottenham and Rotherham.
Dan Posted 8 October 2019 Posted 8 October 2019 It's impossible to have done it with Leicester. Surely we've never played at Salford, Forest Green, Crawley etc...
Sir Shep Posted 8 October 2019 Posted 8 October 2019 I’ve been to one more than the top cat on here so I’m the ultimate fan!

Struggling to add any more currently without getting Crawley or Colchester in the cup...and I doubt I would even get tickets! In PL (currently), not been Brighton, that's it.

Stuntman_Mike Posted 8 October 2019 Posted 8 October 2019 Done about 60 odd with City of the current grounds and about 70 odd including old grounds etc. I completed the 92 last season but need to go Spurs and Salford this season. Just checked and its 73 with City*
Voll Blau Posted 8 October 2019 Posted 8 October 2019 Are we counting friendly games visited with Leicester or just competitive ones? Personally wasn't able to make the most of our year in the third division due to where I was living at the time, so there are a few probably once in a lifetime trips with City I missed out on there... Currently on 58 with us alone, and need to do Southampton (won't happen this season, ta Sky), Brighton and Bournemouth to complete the current top flight.

I count friendlies, but only ever count them if it's us playing. It took me years to chalk of plainmoor dispite having been several times to see Torquay. I had to wait until we played them in the cup to count it.
