Katy Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 Sk1 was buzzing last night, I don’t know what happened to make a large part of it sing for pretty much 90 minutes but it worked. Well done chaps & chapessess 👏🏽
Guest Lako42 Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 It was only fully decent when we started singing 'We're on our way' Much better though
K1FOX Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 When K1 L1 make an effort and it’s good in there it transfers to the whole ground as it gets the family stand and that side into it and also pushes the kop on. Even though majority of the time both sides are singing a different song noise is noise. Something about yesterday was reminiscent of 15/16. Long may it continue
Yes N'Didi Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 We're on our way is back in a big way. Need to get the words to the fourth line fine tuned with everyone on the same page at a few away games this week and bring it back in full voice against Chelsea at the KP.
Munshi Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 We’re on our way Were on our way To the Champions League Were on our way Jonny Evans at the back Jamie Vardy in attack Pack your bags cus Leicester’s on the way

Me and my dad went for "follow the boys and brendio" embarrassing stuff!

Ashley Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 I sat in Corperate last night. I actually couldn't believe how quiet SK1 and the UFS were/seemed. Noise doesnt transfer well at all. You could tell they were singing pretty much all game. L block were awful. However the ground did pick up after the third and fourth went in.
RonnieTodger Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 Didn’t hear “is this a library” or “your support is ****ing shit” for probably the first time this season
KIRBYFOX93 Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 was jobber back on the drum? made a huge difference in L Block. decent atmosphere last night though i must say.
Guest Lako42 Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 For us to have a decent atmosphere it needs more than two pockets of people. The masses who don't sing for most of the game don't realise what a difference they make when they actually can be arsed for the last ten minutes.

L1 and SK1 are a catalyst for the rest of the ground, they can't do it alone.
HighPeakFox Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 I suspect that performance on and off the pitch work in symbiosis, to an extent. Or chicken and egg if you prefer. I'm wondering why the team was so much better last night, and from what you good people are saying, the crowd's too.
Ian W LCFC Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 Was good last night, very enjoyable and seemed so much more positive for some reason. Barnes chant was decent, even the Ricardo one picked up a bit more than usual. Then obviously 'European Tour' and 'We're on our way' were very loud towards the end. Good stuff, lets keep it up!
Munshi Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 The players were playing with so much confidence the louder it got towards the end. Now we just need to be like that towards the start of games and we'll make the KP a fortress.

The loud noise when the 4th goal went in was thousands of our fans jumping up to get out the ground quickly to beat the traffic 👀
Corky Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 Much better last night, fortunately we had no real periods of struggle and the football throughout was positive so there was something to get behind.

Can’t wait for the next time we play a local rival and get the inevitable “Brendan’s right, your fans are shite!” from the away section. Wait until he tells them to FOAD!

This is not aimed at you, but you might have highlighted the issue here. Surely supporters support, whatever is happening on the pitch, rather than waiting to give support due to good performance? I suspect too many fans expect to be given what they demand, and don't try if the players aren't sublime.

The crowd is vital in spurring the players on? No sh!t

UHDrive Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 Maybe we should swap the clappers on the seats for LCFC style godly hymn song books which start at 3pm....
Harry - LCFC Posted 23 January 2020 Posted 23 January 2020 Good stuff yesterday evening. It was bouncing a bit towards the end.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 24 January 2020 Posted 24 January 2020 Hopefully will be good on the terrace tomorrow.
