Anything to stop us winning. Yes but do you know the new handball rules for this season? Defensive handballs are assessed with the usual rules. So nothing about the Norwich contact was handball. Nacho’s wasn’t deliberate either, but that’s not how offensive handballs are assessed. ANY contact with a hand/arm by an attacking player during a goal is handball. limeydale Posted 28 February 2020 Share Posted 28 February 2020 The problem with VAR is it is adjudicated outside the venue, it should be adjudicated by the on field ref via the sideline monitor.
