Was great to look back over some of the classics that inspired @RoboFox green master piece above & how it was just a chance meeting with the future England manager then at Leeds that set the ball rolling, to using a young female designer fresh out of college who knew nothing about football but came up with all the classic designs, just a shame the material at the time was next to useless.
Then their demise & being swallowed up by the big boys, with England last using the Admiral design at the 1982 W/Cup but funny story attached i won't spoil but gaurantee it will make you chuckle if you watch on ITV player.

It's mad that it's now such a cult classic in the club's retro range (must be among the best sellers?) given how it was viewed at the time. I got given one for Christmas the other year, constantly getting bemused looks if I wear it outside (I don't live in Leicestershire) from people presumably trying to work out what shirt it is.

A young Gary Lineker didn't look good in any shirt especially with those facial features although he seems to have grown into his nose which was the bigger than the ears back then

Hi All,

 

I always used to make Concept kits but stopped a couple of years back. Seeing this Forum made me want to dig out the old templates again and have a play. 

 

Spent a bit of time creating this Concept Kit having a play around with colours that seem to be popular within the Forum and also implementing the subtle Thai colours.

 

Just a bit of fun, I don't expect to see it in the club shop!

 

What do people think? I look forward to making more unless this gets slated in which case I shall just slither back in to my cave.

Final One - Maybe Third kit vibes but I can't see this one being too popular...

Some good designs here. Would like us to use running fox on an away kit for a change. Much cooler than the main badge.

 

Also something a bit more daring on the away, maybe some stripes for a change.

I wish they would put a badge change to a vote like they did changing the name back to fosse. The old running fox badge is so much smarter.
