For a player with the ability to finish as well as he does he posses a great team ethics and his assists stats(due to poor finishing) should be off the charts. Demarai Gray should be locked in a room for a week and watch this over and over to teach him how by just releasing a ball to another player is so much more beneficial that taking on half a dozen players and running it out of play or having the ball taken off him and standing there waving his hands screaming "wheres the support". I had little knowledge of Havertz but he has got to be the number one player in the world at the moment. He is always looking to play someone in, and he does it instinctively, sliding players in down the side whipped crosses such a great awareness of the options available, selfless. My feeling is he will be priceless as at the end of next season, Barca or Real will have to be selling stellar players in order to afford to sign him. Priceless!!!! The majority of his career at Leverkusen he has played left wing and thats Barnes position. Barnes has rightfully made the left hand side his own and the position is for him to lose. Bailey on the right in an inverted role would definitely add more firepower to our attack. Cengiz Under would also meet that criteria but I feel Rodgers is not looking to go down that route and Perez will command the position on the right. There's no doubt that Rodgers is very good at working with a squad of talented young players and that's what he inherited.
