Fox in the North Posted 24 September 2020 Author Posted 24 September 2020 New updates on the Charnwood Planning Portal with final details - updated on 17 September (just search Leicester City Football Club Ltd in the planning search) This includes discharges of conditions and plans for community work etc I can't see if there has been any movement on the condition for the road. Maybe someone with a keener eye can spot if there's been any changes. A few of the documents are quite boring as usual, these two are the more interesting ones. https://pap.charnwood.gov.uk/AnitePublicDocs/01172251.pdf https://pap.charnwood.gov.uk/AnitePublicDocs/01172249.pdf 1

Sly Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Taken from the Twitter page of the Lead grounds man for Belvoir Drive. Clearly the new place. Are they also putting a golf course back in? As he’s posted pictures of that. 1

Correct - they have hired grounds staff to get the course ready for next year once the winter is done ..... seen various tweets about it. Does anyone know how many of the players are into their golf ???

Bayfox Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 7 hours ago, Raw Dykes said: They are keeping 9 of the original 18 holes, I think. None of the holes are original. They are all new effectively and skirt the outside fences to keep prying eyes away from the training pitch. 5 towards one boundary and then 4 along another. They also had to re route the bridleway as the land had a public right off access through it when it was the golf course that passed right past one of the new Tee Placements. So that has had to be moved to the perimeter as well. 1
