Used to live in Wymeswold, was referred as Wymsey on here a few times in the past - so hence the name.

Not sure why I chose my particular avatar image (before @HankMarvin helped put the mask and Santa hat on).

 

Today is ironically the 10th anniversary since I first set up my account on here; may I praise how greatly patient you've been in putting up for me for so long. :blush:

I think I'm to blame for both Wymesy. I encouraged you to change to Wymesy in a thread about name changes, as that's what we all called you.

 

As for the picture, a while back, meant in the nicest way possible, I said you reminded me of Tim Nice But Dim from Harry Enfield shows, who I think is behind the mask in your picture?

Of course there is. No malice intended. I would hope @Wymsey took it in the spirit intended.

 

As @Wymsey says in his post, he thanked us for being patient with him over the last decade. I remember when he couldn't work how to post a picture on here. It was an ongoing joke on here for ages and I think might have been where that comparison came from.
