It didn't really look like he had to go at it with his head to start with, to be honest.

Definitely agree with that. My initial reaction was also "the **** did he do that for?" He's an absolute bombscare, he's been a total liability in both legs of this tie.

Madness by Can. Think Dortmund have had it now.

Tbf they looked out of it in the first leg and they grabbed a late goal. And Man City have only scored tonight through a pen.

Still some life in this.

... and once again we hear how upset the Liverpool officials are about the actions of some individuals. They got a £17k fine the last time it happened. This time it needs to be a ban from Euro competition (again). That will stop it.

Then all their fans will think they're being victimised lol

Scoreline pretty much reflects the match now and Man City more or less through. Over to Anfield I go.

Wouldn't bother, isn't a good game

It's gone a bit flat due to Real becoming more defensive but Liverpool have had plenty of chances. It's not a bad game.

It's not been bad no, but not a classic. Comms hasn't helped either

MacMannaman is so unbelievably biased.

Why do broadcasters think we want to listen to him calling decisions and analysis in Liverpool's favour.

Because it brings moments like the Atletico game last year where he and the rest of BT (plus the Liverpool manager and squad) went into complete meltdown to provide incredible entertainment.

I nailed it tonight. The Foden goal basically killed the other tie and it just happened to coincide with McManaman realising Liverpool were definitely out so I got to drink in the pain. A productive night overall.

If one of the lads that smashed the coach window got a cut from a bit of glass, he'd sue Real Madrid and allege he could never work "again".

Hope they lose 10 nil and then their stadium gets subsidence and collapses.

All those years of glory hunting kids at school brought that resentment? :D

3 oil clubs, and Madrid owned by the spanish monarchy

all in empty stadiums

sort of reflects the sideshow that is modern football

A semi final line up for the football romantics.

You know what in fvcking sick of hearing and just heard it again.

"Liverpool are doing poorly/out of the champions league because no fans are in the stadium" just absolutely fvck off every one else is having to deal with no fans it's literally no fvcking different just because it's Liverpool.

They've just been shit this season. It's not a difficult concept to grasp but the cnuts in the media keep flogging this bollocks.

Fvck off.
