Would be hilarious. Of course we wouldn't see it as fully deserved, but these tw@s want to kill football as we know it, so I'd love it.

Then again, there's no way these clubs would ever want to compete again in the PL if it does happen.

Good. Who’d miss ‘em?

couldn't celebrate it in any way, the exact outrage of the Super league is it taking away any sporting integrity, qualifying on merit, same with the FA cup we need to beat Chelsea on that pitch fair and square, if any other sanctions are needed, void the competition and don't have a winner.

The thread title says it all. If you're handed it you haven't won it.

The whole point of this battle is about the best teams deserving their accolades. In this case, we wouldn't.

Some sense in a pretty nonsensical thread ....... you can’t complain about something and then ask if it’s ok to do pretty much the same thing ??  You win/gain access to tournaments via sporting integrity and a meritocracy

I'd be over the moon as it would mean the shitty six had been kicked out of the league

And we’d go out of business (as would most of the other 14) within a year as sky withdraw their monies .....

We won't be because if you take away results against the scum six it puts West Ham 9 clear at the top anyway. Even so it would be completely hollow.

We've not earnt it this season, so I wouldn't count it but it is the right thing to do if these clubs want to break away. All their titles should be stripped and they should be relegated to the conference if they refuse to not leave this idea or banned completely.

To make it fair on the rest, I think we should organise a play off between Leicester, West Ham, Everton & Leeds. To decide who wins the league title just for this season. With the final being placed at the highest ranked team. At least then we can't be accused of winning by default

No we wouldn't. Sky may withdraw, I think more likely they would still broadcast but they would pay much less for the product. That would probably mean we may lose players but we'd just go back to how things were in the years before the Premier League i.e. mainly English players so putting the emphasis on the academy & picking up players from Scotland, Holland, France, Belgium.

It would be a matter of re-assesing the club's finances. Also we would have a very competitive league & the King Power would still be full every week.

If these teams want their own league then fine, but they must be kicked out of the Premier League

I would personally feel a little soiled. However, if the Big sux were deducted points for their conduct within the rules of the game we all signed up to, then I would accept it with slight sadness.

The big six will have the pick of all the players in the other 14 as they will have to sell ...... that suppresses fees and we are going to be left with players on big deals that we can’t afford. Because we have a few players that would still fetch a decent price we may be ok but quite a few prem clubs would not. It would be a sh1tshow ....

Obviously won't happen, but I would celebrate it as a win for football. Wouldn't mean nearly as much as our actual title win, but seeing English football institutions show signs of a spine would be reason enough for celebration.

Pretty rubbish. I think if they do leave then after a few years of will feel pretty normal again actually but maybe not the first couple of seasons.

How many points do we think the money 6 would likely be docked?

20 points would put us 2 points ahead of Man City, with a game in hand and 7 games for us to play. Would be incredibly tight still.

Having already won it in 15/16, we’ve already had that magic once in a lifetime experience and nothing will ever top that anyway, so would still be thrilled to win it again. And would be a big FU to the dirty dozen.
