There has to be a formal acknowledgement from the club that this isn't acceptable. Now is the time to show some leadership. He doesn't strike me as the type unfortunately. Seems really loyal almost to a fault
Sithbaare Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 Brendan's taken Leicester as far as he can. The team can play better than him. Time for Leicester to get an upgrade. 1

maynefox Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 (edited) I've been a Rodgers supporter but not after today. Disgraceful. I don't care people say "but we won the FA Cup". I'm looking at the here and now, and that was a sackable offence. Left after the fourth goal. Pity on me for even thinking we could get back into the game. RODGERS OUT Edited 6 February 2022 by maynefox
Fox85 Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 If he isn't sacked after this it's more of a miracle than the 5000/1 title winning season. He's ruined us 2
Mike Oxlong Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 This performance and others this season appear symptomatic of being too satisfied with past achievements rather than striving for new ones. The culture needs a shake up 3
foxfanazer Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 He doesn't rate us! He's played us down on multiple occasions so why should the players bust a gut for a manager who demands nothing from them 1

majaco Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 Normally, I am quite positive about Rodgers. I have seen there are issues. They are not being addressed. Hard to see him recover. Before the game I said there would be issues with Thomas being exposed on the left. Goal 1, overload from Forest on their right... Goal 3: inability to defend against corners. Whole game: lack of passion, lack of pattern , lack of everything. Forest have been good but they should not have been able to be so good. Rodgers should consider resgning.
Daggers Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 For prosperity, for when he's sacked in ten minutes' time. 2

Arriba Los Zorros Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 Kind of want him out for the first time. I'm sure there will be the usual In/Out poll following a loss.
FrankieADZ Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 how anyone can defend rodgers after this season so far will be beyond me, weve been poor for the vast majority of the season get him gone 1
peterborofox Posted 6 February 2022 Posted 6 February 2022 I said a week or so ago if we lost the atmosphere would be toxic. That was worse than I even imagined. He does this at every club he goes too, fizzles out. We're playing worse than what got Puel sacked

It's imperative he doesn't buy players, look at the mentality he's fostered. Right…I’m not talking about what should or shouldn’t happen. Just trying to have a proper discussion about it and thinking about what’s likely, from the club’s point of view?
