Just me that thinks that’s a very clear red card for Maguire?!

I did as well. No idea why it wasn't :dunno:

The Maguire and Ole post match interviews were excruciating . Their body language and mumbling anodyne responses were dreadful . I’m not sure what that achieved

Old Boys club sticking up for Ole.

Don't think that's the actual phil neville. He used to be on twitter as fizzer18, but I'm sure he deleted it.

I'm quite concerned about this. BR would find various reasons to spurn an approach from the likes 9f Spurs or Newcastle. I'm not so sure he would pass on the chance to manage Man Utd.

They won’t sack him.

Honestly the worst Gary Neville's ever lost the plot to he honest. Making a plonker of himself.

Jose Mourinho and Louis van Gaal were both over the hill when they rocked up at United. LVG was always a bit inconsistent even at his peak and Mourinho had and clearly has fallen well from his best for years. By the time he rocked up at United he was a parody of himself.

Using them to try and pretend that a "top" manager wouldn't do better than OGS is straight up moronic.

Brendan Rodgers

In recent weeks, Brendan Rodgers has been linked with Manchester City.

But if United do choose to sack Solskjaer, it’s possible they’ll make an approach for the Northern-Irishman instead.

Rodgers has rebuilt his managerial career since leaving Liverpool, achieving success with both Celtic and Leicester.

And there’s certainly an argument that he deserves the chance to manage a big team again.

Given United’s plight, they could certainly do a lot worse…

Ready for the vacancy at Manchester United the punter have BR as one of the outsiders. Official, Man U must be bigger than Celtic reserves.

There have been plenty of managers at Salford City who probably feel they'd have liked Gary Neville's full backing.

My immediate reaction is yes. Would he jump ship if offered the Man U job? 100% he would, let's not pretend otherwise.  And he will probably be their number 1 target now, Liverpool connection or not.

He might be mentioned but not so sure he would be their top target!

Neville on sky saying he wouldn’t fit is a hilarious take, he’d be perfect for United.

No chance he would want to win now and United are mile away plus he would want more control than he would get - he’s not a United fit at all imo!

Man united’s problem is arrogance. Their squad is perfect for a low block counter attacking at pace. Their manager has drunk the ‘We R uNiTeD’ koolaid and it’s making them way too open and easy to exploit. This 100% is the manager’s fault.

I reckon he'd go to Man Utd a lot sooner than he would Spurs or Arsenal.
