Manchester United are willing to sell England midfielder Jesse Lingard for £10m in January. (Sun)

 

If the above is true we should be all over that as a squad player who can play at 10 and Both wide forward positions.

Starts 9th January, do we know when are the players expected to leave to report for it? Hopefully not before the Christmas period.

Wouldn't his wage demands be excessive for us as just a squad player?

Lookman? Oh god, so now we’re back to 1 winger which means we’ll only be able to play 3-5-2

Applied for Nigeria not gone through yet and would then obviously need to be called up but yes looks like we will be down to one winger for a while

No chance he'll come to us if West ham are in the running too. I think it's probably a done deal anyway hasn't he refollowed West Ham players on social media recently.

I’m not convinced Smith will make much of impact to halt Norwich’s slide into the championship. He will probably get them promoted again though.

Yeah think they were already planning for championship football next season to be honest. Whoever they brought in was going to be the manager to potentially bring them up next season.
