Went through their manager list of Ten Haag, Rodgers, Poch etc, all rejected Then signed an Italian DoF, went through his list of Conte, Fonseca and Gattusso, all rejected them. Now back onto the original list and linked with Potter. 1

Levy is obviously another massive problem but if they're not being offered the right resources there's no wonder they're all turning it down

But I imagine you're right, they're missing something fundamental or part of the deal is an absolute no brainer to them. So fully understood him rejecting it.
