I know you're out tonight and ignoring all things England @tom27111 so just to let you know, we won 4-0.

So I see this morning.

I guess it's swashbuckling football from now on then?

What do you mean, no?

Win 1-0 and we're rubbish to some. Win 4-0 and the opposition are rubbish to some lol

The predictability of those responses to England wins is as laughable as some of the statements being made to back up those responses.

Beat whoever in the final and it will be about us having home advantage. Be somewhat of a fair point really as this format has totally stunk, however the people who constantly run us down are the same ones that would put our abilities on the same level as Ukraine/Czech Republic. Then they'll claim its a failure if we don't win or isn't an achievement to win lol

Yeah was pissed when I wrote that without having looked at the stats. Happy to be corrected, it will be a great game.

That's assuming Italy beat Spain.

I can understand why England are hotly tipped to beat Denmark though. I would not put Denmark's chances above 15-20% myself, given how well England have defended and playing at Wembley (with few to no Danish fans due to COVID-19 restrictions).

The Danish players revealed after the game that they had made a promise to eachother to return to Wembley (after having played there against England in the Nations League), so mission has been accomplished for them. Whether this means they'll lose some of the edge or it means they can play even more freely, that remains to be seen. It's England who will be under pressure to get the result, but they seem to have thrived under this sort of pressure this tournament.

The previous days front page is in the top right of the page.

Don't want to act like a sarcy snob, but it really isn't a very complex joke to understand.
