You can look for a penalty AND get nudged to win the penalty according to the rules. 

 

It was a soft pen but I've seen softer last season in the premier league and on balance England deserve the lead.

Similar to the Croatia semi final a few years ago, team opens the scoring with a worldie free kick then gets pegged back and eventually beaten in extra time..

Kane, Grealish, Sterling are absolute masters at diving, play acting. As good as any Italian or South American.
