I am not sure if most of the domestic fans can figure out what these wins can bring internationally.

I mean, in 2021 the glorious Real Madrid won nothing, the mighty Barcelona won one trophy and the minor Leicester city won TWO trophies .

Leicester city fan base all over the world is going to expand dramatically with such wins.

It was a great performance and a great win. Another shot at the big boys and what a way to start the season…. With a trophy regardless of its size. Imagine being a new player coming into the club, and winning a trophy straight away.

They all looked delighted, Daka especially. It will make them all think it was the right move to make and all 3 will be buzzing. All of them seemed to have adapted quite quickly and I think that will do all 3 an enormous deal of good, because all 3 came on and made an impact in the game.

For those saying it’s just a pre season friendly, it’s not! It is recorded as club honours. More silverware.

Also a great day out at Wembley and something to cheer about!:scarf:

Dare I say a couple of potential transfer targets may have taken notice as well. We are such a good club to join at the moment

I’ve never really understood the obsession Leicester fans have with thinking the media have this huge agenda of hatred against us. First sky sports now ITV apparently, thank god we’ve got Gaz on BBC otherwise there’d be some serious meltdowns!

At the end when the team were going over for the trophy lift I saw Timmy and JJ going over but someone else was with them on a crutch with what looked like a knee brace? Any ideas who?

They really need to change the rules, and require the losing manager to hand the trophy to the winning captain :)

Not with Pep...He'd just tap them up! He was chatting with Madders at the end....

All well and good Nacho getting the winner today but he couldn't do it when it mattered in the Bass Trophy. Still devasted we lost that chance of silverware!

Over the moon for us today, I really am

Thought we deserved to win tbh

Some solid performances out there and Daka with Iheanacho looks a great forward line

CBs played well too
