I have a lot of question marks - injury, attitude, settling but he's exceptionally talented and a loveable little rogue. At 20m that's not a massive gamble for us although wonder whether we'd try and get a loan sorted.

turlo Posted 27 August 2021 Posted 27 August 2021 At this point any RW we bring in will be a punt assuming all our original targets have already moved or been ruled out. If we can get Neres on a loan to buy (optional) then it will de-risk the deal on our part and if he gets close to rediscovering his form from 2 seasons ago then we're quids in. Neres has had a good amount of game time in 2021, so should be in much better physical condition compared to when Under arrived here out of shape.
