He was 11th overall. Needs to find a new home where he can blossom his undoubted talent. There's zero risk with it being loan with option to buy. With Brendan tutelage and arm round his shoulder and developing him this may be time he kicks on. 1

People joke about Villa being a one man team with Grealish - that’s nothing compared to this guy. And he still made things happen - constantly. He is going to absolutely tear it up and when he does I’m going to make a thread calling out each and every “underwhelmed” poster in this thread. Can’t wait for the rep points. The only condemning thing from a recruitment standpoint is he should’ve been a main target if available and not a last minute “panic” buy - although I saw somebody mention we had been in for him early on. Which makes sense. I'll be happily called out. I watched him twice and he was their best player both times, against us. With a competent front man who knows what he'll do. He was next to Bobby Reid for most the season though.

Which makes sense. Seems like we wanted him earlier in the window but couldn't agree on terms with RB. Maybe a case of just trying to get the best price

As I've said previously, if he's as good on the right as he is when I've seen him on the left then I'd be all for it.
