Couple of Everton fans I know speak of him the same way we some of our fans speak of Demarai Gray.

 

It's the main reason they're not getting too carried away with Gray yet.

He was decent at Fulham, but it'd be genuinely underwhelming if he were the one, especially as his best games have been off the left.

So we've had Look man, James and Damsgaard linked (not to say they were accurate). 

 

Maybe (and I hope to god I'm wrong) BR thinks that Kevin and Ayo are enough on the RW and we are actually chasing a backup for Barnes. 

 

Like I said, I hope I'm wrong and although I can't deny that I do think we need a second option on the left flank, I think we undeniably need a better first option on the right. 

 

On the player himself, he always stood out any time I saw Fulham last year and I do rate him but I just don't think he should be a priority just now as I'm not sure how good he is playingbas a right sided player, I've never saw him there.

Scored a decent goal against us last season so it makes sense that he could be on the radar.

He has had many chances in the prem but his end product has been mediocre if we are being kind, and statistically (pressing, passing etc.) he has no stand out qualities aside from being in the 88th percentile for dribbles completed. Poor xG and xA as well as actual assist and goals. His defensive numbers are below average so it’s hard to make an argument for bringing him here....

 

Hard to get excited about this one.

 

Does anyone know if we are short of homegrown players or something? Only way I can explain this one 🤣

He’s not the standard of player we should be looking at. Don’t rate him any more than Perez. Albrighton will end up being number 1 again.
