There would have been contingency plans around Nacho, depending on which one turned up (as it happens neither did, and, no, that wouldn't have been planned.... sorry conspiracy theorists!) Vardy, if not starting, would have been on the bench as a 'get out of jail' option methinks. The only question I see now is whether Vardy or Daka starts. My desire to see Daka is perhaps clouding my judgement on that one though.

Yeah I agree, I'd also say that the EL is possibly our more realistic route to the CL next season. I've no problem Vardy playing, even though I'm so desperate to see Daka be given lots of chances to find his feet here and maintain his confidence and momentum he has built up over the last 2 years. 1

There’s so much paperwork to fill in and a lot of it needs your passport number on it . Could easily be as simple as one digit wrong of his paperwork so doesn’t match passport on the passenger's locater form .
