Don’t know about him personally but these are the types of deal we need to be doing. Taking a punt on some surplus younger players but on permanent deals. The question is whether they are deemed surplus because we don’t want to be throwing money around but if you look at Middlesbrough, they’ve had great success with that recently. Roger’s, azaz etc. plenty of good talent that at a certain point can be picked up for peanuts really.
