I’d also like to say RIP to Bobby Moore. I only met him once, when he miraculously sorted me a ticket in the away end in Madrid, despite the club’s policy on passports/tickets etc.

 

I was even interviewed by Newsbeat on Radio 1 about travelling without a ticket and then managing to get one. That was going out as the lead item for their 5:45pm broadcast until our fans kicked off at Plaza Mayor

R.I.P. Liam. Your tweets in the last moments hit home. The brutal honesty about your cardiologists comment, the laugh and further comments showed just how strong a man you were till the end. Foxes never quit, you gave it your all mate.

what? Not Hop T mist? what a legend he was on the old Leicester chat site. They used my quote in the Mercury for Liam, Sad loss and I didn't even know him.

I didn’t follow him on Twitter or know him personally, I remember his plane tracking posts on here.
 

From the comments I have seen from those who knew him he seemed a really decent guy who approached the end of his life with incredible dignity and fortitude.

I didn’t know Liam but the bravery and dignity shown in that final, graceful tweet shows that our club and the world we live in is a poorer place for his absence.

His peaceful acceptance and gratitude for his life with absolutely no bitterness tells me the world could do with many more Liams right now.
