Watching in Taylors bar in Los Christianos, Tenerife. I hope it's better than Sunday when we were outnumbered by Forest fans. They did sing happy birthday to my wife though.😂

Agree. Yes we won the league, and the F.A. Cup, plus a couple of narrow misses with Champions League qualification. Brilliant stuff in our history. Not in doubt. However, I think it was a bit misguided to start to think we could challenge the traditional top 6 continuously.

History tells us that we are closer to the rest than the top 6. I don't know if it's Johnny come lately's since we won the league, but the expectation, (whilst I admire the ambition) that we would be able to join that group was frankly ridiculous.

As for tonight I couldn't get to the game, and thought it was a fait acompli as my monthly BT subscription

ran out yesterday. However a mate has invited me to his and I'll be watching, but with a realistic expectation that a point would be an amazing result. I'm not bothered if we lose provided they battle for everything, and go to the final whistle. Would be nice to here our fans as well.

Going into the office but will have one eye on the result. Sadly being 8 hours ahead of most of you I’ll have to deal with the aftermath a little longer. God help us today!

Will do what I’ve done all week with the football on….

 

last till 40th minute, fall asleep and wake up in adverts after the game disorientated, confused and then get into bed, sleep till 3am and check the result of the match I was “watching”.

Will avoid all coverage except the odd look on the bbc website for the next  Liverpool goal to go in.
