ronnup Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 We lose this. West Ham are miles better than us. Past caring now. We will pick up enough points to survive, season is a long drawn out headache now 1
martyn Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 West Ham dont look quite as dynamic as they did earlier in the season. There's a decent chance we get something from this if we turn up. 2
fazzyfox Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 Surprised the opposition fans don't start singing "Score in a minute" or "1-0,1-0" when awarded a corner against us, against this mob I'd give it an 80% chance of a goal per corner. Suggest a bit of sand along the line to slow the ball down, come on ground-staff get on to it.

Its cos the entire team is weak and puny. Put Zouma, Antonio and Soucek on one tug-of-war team and our entire squad on the other - I know which side my money would be on! Whats happened to players like Huth, Morgan and Wasilewski?
coolhandfox Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 (edited) Got a feeling we will win this. Edited 11 February 2022 by coolhandfox
Hammo Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 The difference between West Ham and us this season is that Moyes has a very settled team and formation, while Rodgers flaps around with changes right, left and centre from one game to the next, invariably with adverse consequences. I know who my money's on. 1
Larry_LCFC Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 I think we all know what is coming. BR will set up not to concede against an average team at home. We will offer very little going forward and try to pass it around the back like a Barcelona from Wish. We will inevitably concede and then spend the rest of the game desperately trying to score but failing miserably. Rinse and repeat against next opposition. 1
jim5000 Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 I just hope Vestergaard starts. We need his solidity at the back. 3

fox_up_north Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 West Ham really don't care do they? Absolutely vile. Fans need to set a precedent for the rest of the season and absolutely pelt him. Every away game should be hell for them, from now on. 4

This would suggest again we want a pure football team without the grit that is also vital 1
Popular Post fazzyfox Posted 11 February 2022 Popular Post Posted 11 February 2022 It was one thing on the day the news broke re Zouma that Moyes could argue he had already prepped his team and set pieces around him being included and even then that is a very thin excuse but given the bit of daylight and time to adapt and adjust he's instead chosen to plough on with him regardless.... Do his team-mates give a damn ? Do they want to be around him? The fine issued by the club will be for the damage done to the clubs reputation (and loss of sponsorship) rather than a personal punishment regarding his place in the team and squad. Do the shirt sponsors want him to be shown in their logo this weekend? What really surprised me was that Zouma could or would want to have played in the week, mentally, I've heard of being mentally strong and shutting things out but it must be more a case of not giving a damn. 6
goose2010 Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 kind of hope he does play, might actually help the atmosphere a bit. 3

cruzFOX Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 it’s sad when we’re expecting a loss now and the predictability of how we will lose. like watching a train wreck in slow motion BUT we’ve done it before bizarrely and pulled off a win when we’re down & out.. We have a chance as the hammers are starting to stumble. They have some issues on and off the field. We can take advantage if our players turn up to fight and Rogers sets them up to succeed. Cmon Lester give the home fans something to cheer about! I also think wolves aren’t as good as they have been and can be beaten next week. stranger things have happened and I’m desperately hoping for something other than a loss. Foxes should never quit!
reynard Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 A draw would be a fantastic achievement given how absolutely crap we've become. Sadly hard to see much past a 3-0 defeat here,
HybridFox Posted 11 February 2022 Posted 11 February 2022 Zouma is scoring against us ain't he to rub salt into the wounds. Probably a free header from a corner 1

We have the flair but not the spine. So the flair can't function. That's the difference. Edited 11 February 2022 by AjcW 2
