The price is expected. But you have to laugh at the standing warning - we must have one of the smallest percentage of fans standing in the country.

They are paranoid as **** at leicester about standing up. Never seen owt like it.

I remember people moaning like mad about the pricing for the ZDS Northern Final against Forest in 1992. How far we have come. This is our first ever European Semi Final (albeit a new competition). £35 for STHs is more than reasonable.

At the risk of pissing people off/being deliberately misunderstood, I really am not a fan of people who are absurdly proprietorial about their specific seat, as though it is somehow bespoke for them and them alone. Tends to indicate a level of assumed superiority somehow...

This post might prove unwise - apologies if so.

Well no… they probably accounted for being in the latter stages of the Europa League where they would have been able to charge 40-50 quid….

Nonsense. There’s no chance a club like ours with a lack of consistent European experience is accounting for anything other than progress in Europe being a nice bonus.

I would understand it if you had a perfect line of sight or some such, but for most people it seems to be a "I have sat here for every game for X years."

Club genuinely can't win can they....get complaints if they do, get complaints if they don't.

The guys I know are chuffed and felt the clubs article was spot on. If the club have given the go ahead, they will also be very busy this weekend

I don't mind other people shagging my wife but I would prefer first dibs as a general rule.

Ticket pricing in these situations is a funny one. Its obviously a great opportunity and good PR to offer low ticket prices in games like this and lap up the bum sniffing from everyone commending the club, that said £35 for a semi final of a European competition isn't extortionate.

I think it'll sell out regardless. Spend the £300,000 rsised from charging and extra tenner on Domino's pizza and have them all queued up outside under the name Jose Mourinho and the Roma squad and keep interrupting them during the game. Would love to see Veretout trying to deal with KDH whilst holding a meat feast.

That price increase was sadly inevitable I think.

I feel for families who have gone through every round shown interested when others dismissed the competition as Mickey Mouse and now the reward is £100+ in tickets.

I’m lucky that I can afford it but for example, I’ve decided not to do Spurs as have to prioritise.

I’m getting worried about events personally to me; that first energy bill and my salary review. I could do with a bit of help or the season ticket rise could be an issue

People really bothered about paying £35 for a European semi final?!!! Give me strength. It was only until the recent price cap of £30 for an away ticket, that tickets would be more than this for away games

Literally had ONE of the season ticket regulars around me turn up for the conference league games. Really interested to see how many of them rock up for Roma.

Good to hear. The club will get no credit for listening to feedback though will they - you can see from what's come out already there's no acknowledgement of that. It's a good move from the club but the modus operadi must be to criticise them.

Few good points here, non season ticket holders who have been to all three games should somehow be given priority over people who couldn’t be bothered.

Pricing about right ( bear in mind it was £5-£10 for kids in earlier rounds -fantastic value) it is a European SF.

It is all of a sudden a very important match against a good side, fantastic if we can go through….

Great occasion for the club……

A) I would imagine you do

B) The analogy doesn't really bear scrutiny

You want the Club to keep the best players?? It is economics. Sadly this is football in the EPL.

Have a look at the accounts. TV money and sponsorships cover the wage bill. Ticket sales & matchdays are pocket money.

Just because you don't sit in your ST seat doesn't mean you are not going to the game. I ve been to every euro home game but not in my normal ST seat

Likewise!
