ARTY_FOX Posted 17 April 2022 Posted 17 April 2022 Newcastle despite recent results are pretty crap. We should be putting these away pretty easily.

The Horse's Mouth Posted 17 April 2022 Posted 17 April 2022 This is a proper end of the season game one team with nothing to play for and one team with priorities else where

Hales Posted 17 April 2022 Posted 17 April 2022 (edited) Daka really needs a goal. His confidence is shot. A striker needs a run of games to find and keep their form. I feel sorry for him. Edited 17 April 2022 by Hales 1

Mind you, we gave Gray long enough to come up to speed - happy to see how he develops next season Not good signs is it. You'd rather he started off total toss and got gradually better. We're so desperate to find Vardys successor that we're ignoring all the signs it looks he's not up to it.

Maybe lacks some of the game sense of Vardy. Some service for him would help… aside from that one chance midweek can’t remember him being put through often of late, like we seem to manage for Vardy
Gav_LCFC14 Posted 17 April 2022 Posted 17 April 2022 It's all just incredibly boring. Newcastle had a back 6 for a moment there.

TMELcfc Posted 17 April 2022 Posted 17 April 2022 That cross from Youri pretty much sums him up this season. Nowhere near what he can produce 2
LcFc_Smiv Posted 17 April 2022 Posted 17 April 2022 Take off one striker who struggles being isolated, for a striker who struggles even more in that isolated role.
bongo92 Posted 17 April 2022 Posted 17 April 2022 Positive subs. Nothing wrong with Brendan’s game plan today.
