I would try and rest KDH for the match if possible. Need him firing on all cylinders next Thursday. Same for Maddison.

            Mendy Youri Hamza

I actually think we're at risk of under playing our best side at the mo. I know they're made out of paper mache and can break at any given second, but we need to start getting some rhythm going. We're not exactly high intensity at the mo either. Vardy and Evans aside I'd go for our best XI.

Be nice to stuff their ambition of getting 4th, but it's going to be them or The Arse!...... Dilemma!!.... it's like being told you have to sleep with either Anne Widdecombe or Jo Brand !!

If either of them are posters here, you best prepare for new levels of criticism and satire........

Arsenal for 4th off course

This is spot on for me. Most importantly, it gives certain players like KDH a much needed rest. Secondly, in a front 3, I think Daka has the potential to do some real damage on the right with the ball to run onto rather than with his back to goal which he's not suited to.

I think meatloaf wrote a song about that dilemma.

I don't imagine that this will be the team but to rest all 10 outfield players:

Schmeichel

Amartey Choudhury Soyuncu

Justin Mendy Soumare, Thomas

                Perez

       Daka Barnes

That doesn't include Vestegaard or Iheanacho.

To rest the team a lot is on Rodgers view of Soumare

With us going all-in on the Roma game (and rightly so) and Spurs going for CL, I think this could get messy. I'm usually pretty positive but I'm expecting a bit of a hammering.

Not expecting a win or anything, it'll be the only Game this season I wont be watching in some way, shape or form, so we will probably win 2 Nil, Daka and Perez to score. (In which case I'll watch the highlights on MOTD).

Just make it a threesome and get it over with:brendan:

Would be nice if Nacho could kick back into form, pulled us through when we needed someone last season. On form he's lethal.

Just hope for a composed performance tomorrow, don't have to do anything silly. If we can keep stable and chose the right moments to go at them we could nick something, but will accept a tight if it means we're fit and firing in Rome.

Fully expect Kane to score.

Random one, can you still get fine by the premier league for playing a second string? Know their was some sort of punishment for the relegation fodder years back when they were throwing Man U away to focus on 6 pointers a few days later.

Not anymore. It was Blackpool making 9 changes against Birmingham iirc, Holloway famously saying he would resign if he got a fine for it. There was a rule change after this

If we had two games between Roma it might be different but I reckon it'll be 7 or 8 changes, It'd be 10 but he's got no faith/trust in Hamza & Soumare to cover KDH & Youri in PL games.

Kasper

Justin
Thomas
Amartey
Soyuncu

Mendy
Tielemans
KDH

Perez
Daka
Barnes

As a 'Progressive' manager, I'd fully expect a look to trying some new things before the end of the season.

New players...New systems, etc etc.

But we've not got one of those, so I expect 4231/433 with Mendy/Choudhury, guys with no future here, playing.
