matty98 Posted 5 November 2022 Posted 5 November 2022 Fair play to Ward, he's been really good the past few games, hope he can keep this form going! 2

He was awful a few weeks back so has turned it round really well so he may get better in the area you highlighted as he grows in confidence further hopefully! 1
StanSP Posted 5 November 2022 Posted 5 November 2022 Has he got the most clean sheets in the league now?
Gav_LCFC14 Posted 5 November 2022 Posted 5 November 2022 The save on that DCL 1v1 was sensational. What an incredible turn around. Sorry for doubting you Wardy. 3
Popular Post Bob Weasel Fox Posted 5 November 2022 Popular Post Posted 5 November 2022 I think there are a fair few of us steadily changing our minds about Ward fair play to him 12
Iran Posted 5 November 2022 Posted 5 November 2022 On a 5 clean sheet streak, very impressive! Keep up the good work.
Popular Post Claridge Posted 5 November 2022 Popular Post Posted 5 November 2022 I thought he looked a bit iffy today, 1 5

Popular Post StriderHiryu Posted 5 November 2022 Popular Post Posted 5 November 2022 I'm still not his biggest fan, but he was good today. Tonight was the sort of performance I expected from him at the start of the season; decent to good but not up to Kasper's level. If he plays like tonight every week he'll do us fine though! Long-term we need to sign someone though, I'm still convinced of that. 5 1

We've had 10 years of a brilliant keeper but rooted to his ****ing line for corners. This guy is miles above kapser for corners. It's not far off Nick Pope level.

Also as Gutted as we all were with Kasper leaving he was starting to deteriorate, his performances and sitting on the bench at Nice kind of shows change was needed .
FoxTalkFox Posted 5 November 2022 Posted 5 November 2022 Clearly improved considerably after a shaky start and I think he's earned a bit of respect now. Hopefully his performances will get even better. Let's see how good he gets before anyone thinks of replacing him.
Corky Posted 5 November 2022 Posted 5 November 2022 The fans deserve credit, too. On here we've been heavily critical and I'm sure it is similar on other forums and social media but at matches his name has been chanted throughout. Good, positive support. 3
VERN94 Posted 5 November 2022 Posted 5 November 2022 (edited) I find it crazy that people have been lambasting Danny Ward as the main reason for our poor performances this season. Think it would have been tough for any keeper to come in and look good with the way we’ve been playing. Get behind him, he’s helping solve our set piece issues, how good is it to see a Leicester keeper come and deal with a cross instead of stay rooted to his line! Edited 5 November 2022 by VERN94 2 1
Suzie the Fox Posted 5 November 2022 Posted 5 November 2022 Checking in on @francis39.. you ok bro ? 2
The whole world smiles Posted 6 November 2022 Posted 6 November 2022 Not only does he not look shit anymore which I would have definitely took a month or so ago but he actively looks like a good keeper. Well played sir.
OwnGoal Posted 6 November 2022 Posted 6 November 2022 The lads making important saves now. Well done Danny.
HybridFox Posted 6 November 2022 Posted 6 November 2022 (edited) He's surely staking a claim for a world cup start. I'm aware of Hennessey's heroics in the play-off but can you ignore Wardy's form? Edited 6 November 2022 by TK95 1
