Ahhh curtis davis... still remember being gutted when he didnt sign for us.

Remember being relieved, came here and it was obvious he thought he was above us.

Deep, compact defence. He’s effective.

High line, space behind. You’d be better playing me.

I don’t think he can perform basic tasks well enough to be considered effective in any set up, and I’ve watched a lot of him at club level and internationally.

Any half decent championship striker or above would cause him real issues

It’s a good finish and I’m not sure you can blame Vestergaard for that.

We made no attempt to even stop the ball coming into the box.

He’s won us some big points. I understand it more than I do for the loving Amartey gets.

The accolade of cult hero is banded about on here far too easily.

Nacho scored 8 goals for City last season in all competitions. 8 goals..

Cult hero my arse

I would happily bet my mortgage he will not be a PL player in 3 years.

Obviously not shit as he is a professional football player but he is not a VERY good young player. Is VERY average.

The fact that he’s played for England at every level upto U21s says he’s above average as a young footballer. He’s playing at the top level, played very well in an FA Cup final, kept Mo Salah in his back pocket against Liverpool and had some brilliant games at the highest level.

As his young, he will also make lots of mistakes - every young player does when they are learning their trade.
I’d happily bet with you that he not only spends the majority of his career in the top division, but will also be capped by England at some point. We just have to be patient, especially with youngsters.

Vestergaard not close enough there (as usual)

He wasn’t but they had far to much space to put the cross in as well
