One of my mates is a Rotherham season ticket holder. Watched him over a full season, absolutely raved about him. He can’t be any worse than Ward. Sets his wall up for the free kick then promptly positions himself behind the wall and leaves the whole of the right hand side of his goal unprotected with no walk in front of it.

I hope he’s amazing, but I haven’t seen him play to judge more than like twice.

Imo, Ward has to be benched next match. He has to know he has competition for his position. What's the point otherwise? Couple of decent saves, true,  but he's just not up to the level.

He’s better than Ward. Conrad Logan, semi retired and playing at Anstey Nomads is better than Ward.

Think we have seen enough of Wards flapping arms, regardless of if Iversen is good enough. Ward isn’t the answer unless we are preparing for life in the Championship.

Wards had a good run at it and it hasn’t worked. Too many mistakes and not commanding the area. Questionable positioning over and over again. Bench next game.

I backed Ward but my god he looks like a deer in headlights. Can't handle the added pressure. Might be time for Iversen to be given a chance. Though that could cause more harm than good turning on Ward so soon. Difficult situation now

I don't agree with Rodgers calling the board out constantly but they don't need to look at themselves with this. Everyone knew Kasper wanted to go so a replacement goalkeeper, a good goalkeeper, should have been priority a year or so ago. 

 

Such an important position and we're playing a number 2 as number 1.

What won’t help is playing a CDM as a CB and starting the backup youth LB over a Belgium international. 
 

I do think Ward isn’t showing himself anywhere near Kaspars level

Ward should be dropped - he’s now making mistakes and he’s not inspiring any confidence in the back 4. The issue is that if Iversen comes in and doesn’t start well, where do we go next?
