So many pundits these days are so poor and have very little knowledge of anything other than the big 6 clubs. They sit in the studio wan*ing over the big 6 and then when asked about any other team, they have no idea so just chat utter nonsense.

Spot on. That’s why I no longer listen to them. Just a bunch of lowgrade illiterate loudmouth ex pros from ‘Big 6’ clubs who are stealing a living.

Totally agree. Most of them are total idiots. Genuinely ruins live football on TV for me. I try to switch on as the game kicks off, do something else at HT and switches off at FT and thereby avoid the 'experts' wherever possible.

His football intelligence and know how is minus zero, otherwise he would still be a manager

Sherwood is an awful pundit and an even worse manager - how do these guys get the jobs? :dunno:

I think these guys are often employed to be awful. Sounds weird (and sad) but clueless pundits probably generate more interest and discussion than good ones, hence why you get some absolute helmets in the studio. Look at Paul Merson, the guy is an absolute spanner and has been doing it for donkey's years.

Just remember what happened when these

muppets knocked us back at the start of the 2015/2016 season. Need to get off to a flyer tomorrow. Come on the City!!!!!

I just finished Muzzy Izzet's book a few days ago.  300 pages and he didn't have a bad word to say about almost anybody.

Most hated player?  For general obnoxious mouthiness, Tim Sherwood.

Player you always wanted to slap?  There weren't that many.  Can I just say Tim Sherwood again?

Tim Sherwood reckons we are in trouble this season.  Believes we are going to sell Fofana, Maddison and Tielemans.  Also thinks with Schmeichel gone, Brendan will walk.  Even Jeff Stelling said they are ten to 1 to get relegated they could be in trouble this season.  No mention of the injuries we had last season at all.

Media have written us off.  I pray and hope our team can prove them all wrong again.

Great then we have nothing to lose but all to gain !! 😂

It always impresses me these pundits who have over half our squad as too good to play for Leicester City and in need of a proper home and with the next breath suggest the team is shit and probable fodder for any other team in the league. Makes perfect sense if you have some kind of twisted I once played for a 'big club' mentality I suppose.

Thank god for that. Never come across a thicker pundit (Ashley Cole pushes him close) so this gives me loads of reassurance that we'll be fine

He’s a twat.
I think Merson, Savage, Mills, Sutton and Redknapp would also contest being the thickest.

Look, we could be in trouble this season. But signing players doesn't magically change everything either.

It's the new contract talk (signed December 2019) and discussing players as though we've sold them and not replaced them that gets on my nerves. Punditry shouldn't be about banter alone, there should be a minimum research requirement.

The fact they wilfully ignored our FFP restrictions then excused Newcastle's business on that topic was frankly ridiculous.

Do we need a thread for what every pundit says lol

This rubbish needs to be called out, though. He's on a mainstream, very popular programme, not some bedroom blogger.
