Bert Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 Will this one go ahead? Just read another rumour that they’re on about reversing the fixture so it can be played. 1
CosbehFox Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 Club ain’t confident it’s going to be on (well in London that is)
Matt Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 Gonna have to announce it fairly soon if its to be reversed surely? If we hear nothing Monday, logistically, I don't see it possible to reverse it - away tickets etc. Tigers are at home next Saturday also, I suppose our game could be moved to the Sunday? I don't see it happening, yet another week down the road, leading onto an international break, nice few weeks bonus bunce Rodgers.
SemperEadem Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 Our ticket office would balls that somehow.
PAULCFC Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 Reversing the fixture would make sense........but this the PL we are talking about.

Raj Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 No chance any London based games will go ahead due to policing that close to the funeral. The masses will be clambering to London.
Wymsey Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 2-3 Leicester. There has to be a response in this game, and surprisingly think there will be. Am going, as am living in London now.
ARM1968 Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 This might go ahead. If it does with Brendan in charge we’ll get buried.
winteriscoming Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 Doesn’t matter where it’s played guaranteed defeat with Kane getting at least 2 goals.

Finnegan Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 Please no. Let's face them later in the year with a competent manager. 3
Clever Fox Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 I doubt it will go ahead due to policing. If not I'd prefer for it to be cancelled. This will given Brendan another week to work with the players and try and sort out the problems. 1
Corky Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 There can't be enough time to reverse it, surely? Getting our police ready, the staff, selling tickets to both sets of fans etc. They'll also have sold tickets to home fans and our aways.
Buzzell Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 (edited) Can’t see it going ahead which would do us a big favour. Edited 10 September 2022 by buzzer_b
kingkisnorbo Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 *If* we do potentially have practically a month off then it’ll be the perfect time to act on Rodgers. No doubt we’ll do nish and get beaten by Forest, then sack him.

StanSP Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 What's the likelihood it gets reversed? It would mean we have 3 away games in a row in Feb - Villa, Spurs and Man Utd...
1972 Fox Posted 10 September 2022 Posted 10 September 2022 Is Chelsea v Liverpool on the Sunday up for reversal too?
