What's the likelihood it gets reversed?

It would mean we have 3 away games in a row in Feb - Villa, Spurs and Man Utd...

Potentially four as well with the FA Cup.

Yes. Not sure the Merseyside police would be very happy with that idea. Also, Brentford play Arsenal, not sure how reversing  that helps.

50,000 less capacity?

it’s entirely possible that  a whole week training with Breandan could make us worse!

Very likely too, given what we've seen this season. Still let's hope the break is a blessing.

Why? Are they all dating the men's Spurs team?

Doubt it....but you might know different....every team i've seen recently at the KP bring 2 buses up.Ok it might piss of the mens team to stay a night extra up here...but would make sense......but then again we are talking about the PL.

Last week (before the Queen's passing) it was announced that Brighton v Palace which was due to be played on 17th September was postponed, mainly because of rail strikes. Could this fixture have been reversed potentially?

No consistency from the PL as always.

How are Spurs gonna sell 3000 tickets in a week?

They'd do it because of their fan base but surely it'll be too difficult.

How would we sell 8k tickets in a week? Obvs got your season tickets and away fans attending. It if it is reveresed I see a largely reduced attendance : least because of our current position 🫣

Thoroughly hope this goes ahead if it is 1 more game the board are waiting for to put him and us out of our misery. Spurs on their day could beat anybody so not really a game wasted so much.

Doubt it will be revered as the Tigers are at home on Saturday.

And Sky can't change the kick off time either without moving other matches. It really is too short notice.

Can’t it be moved to Thursday or Friday night  Otherwise with the World Cup going ahead this year they’ll be a massive build up of fixtures to get played ?

Our ticket office would balls that somehow.

I read threads because I get a boost from  all the positive, informed comments.   Thank you.

If we play...

Get Iversen in goal.   He has proved himself a capable Championship stopper.  This is more than Ward has done.

We also need to get a settled side with our best players in to give us a chance to develop some positive consistency .

Our best 11 is hard to call  as we have been so poor but we know our players have excelled in the past.   There are big calls to make.   Does KDH get in?  Would Vardy be best used as a substitute when the game is opening up.   Should a winger be promoted from the academy?   I think we need to be aiming at a 433.   The lack of a genuine rw option remains problematic.

Iversen

Castagne, Evans, Faes, Justin

Tielemans, Ndidi, Maddison

?  Vardy/Daka,  Barnes

Our squad lacks the balance to make it  straightforward to pick a best 11.

Why does the train strike only apply in one direction.

We need it postponed.

We're in such a state at the moment that we need as many games postponed as possible under Brendan's control. Hopefully when they're rescheduled we're under better supervision.

We don’t want him in charge for Forest though. We will probably loose this one anyway

It makes sense to reverse it but the logistics behind a premier League match make it pretty much impossible with 6 days notice.

The policing is probably the main reason it won't be at home.
