Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 We should be ahead probably, but far too slow with few players making forward runs. Spurs have been poor. Ward shaky but excellent save which hopefully might give him some confidence. Timmy poor but made second goal. Justin has looked good. Impressed by Faes so far. 1
lee7 Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Spurs look poor and create very little apart from being dangerous at set pieces. The 3 points are there for the taking.

LanguedocFox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Same HT as against Brighton, but I feel more confident today. Stupid as usual!
Tuna Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Said it before but selling Kasper and not replacing him was a crazy, crazy decision. 1 1
HankMarvin Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 The worrying thing is Spurs have looked pretty shit yet could’ve easily had 4 3
SouthStandUpperTier Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Playing well. Just those damn set pieces costing us again. 1
Popular Post richard123 Posted 17 September 2022 Popular Post Posted 17 September 2022 Faes looks a class act so far. I thought we were decent other than set piece defending again. On the front foot, closing down and making spurs make mistakes. Any points here will do our confidence the world of good. Better team that half. 5 1
nnfox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Not terrible. Look ok going forward for a change and we've been effective in defence at open play. Yet again though, defending set pieces is atrocious. We can play as well as we are capable of, but give a corner away and it could be a goal. So fragile. Daka not a lone striker, needs Kel with him. Confused as to what Tielemans position is. Seems to be more or less a second right back.
cruzFOX Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 What is our new defensive set piece coach thinking I wonder? Surely he has to say something at half time? we’re not gonna fix it in this game so best advice is to prevent spuds Tom getting corners or free kicks anywhere near our box. That’s about as safe as we can play it 1
Chelmofox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Faes had a good first half, so expect him to be 'rested' and replaced with Amartey. Spurs there for the taking. They are terrible at the back. If only the leprechaun hadn't ruined our heads we would be all over this. We can be more direct and cause more problems. Don't like one up front. 2
Suzie the Fox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Looked the better team last 15/20 mins.
Sunny0907 Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Would take of kdh bring on Perez move Maddison in the middle. Stick a man front post and back post for corners. 2
EastAnglianFox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 With Son set to come on and Harry not yet scoring 4 I'd honestly take a 6-2 defeat as confidence building going into the international break

coolhandfox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 The talent in the team and squad we shouldn't be in the bottom 10 let alone 20th. 4

Bryn Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Comfortable win this if we could ****ing defend balls into the box. 2
RowlattsFox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Well it's entertaining at least. Not sure if in pleased or not because we've played really well on the ball but absolute bombscare. No defensive confidence at all. If someone can sort that we are still a very good team. No way they don't score again. Faes has looked alright, Justin much better and Maddison has been bright and scored a great goal. 2

Hamilton Fox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Thought we played really well going forward and really shocking when defending. Hoping got the total opposite of the Brighton second half performance
WinslowFox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Wonder what Brenton does to mess it up this week. 1
